Lost Your Panel Password? Here's How to Reset It Yourself

Your game server panel account — the one used for SFTP, and for logging into the panel directly if you ever do — is created automatically the first time any server is provisioned for your email, with a password that's only ever emailed once. Until now, losing it meant opening a ticket. Not anymore.

Where to find the reset option

Open any of your game server services, go to Settings, and look for Panel Account Password. Click Reset panel password, confirm, and your new password is shown once on the page — copy it immediately, since it won't be shown again.

One account, every server

If you have multiple servers on the same connection, they all share one panel account (matched by your email). Resetting the password changes the login for every one of them at once — including SFTP access — not just the service you reset it from.

Owner-only, on purpose

This option is only available to the account owner, not to anyone you've added as a collaborator on a specific server. Since resetting it affects every server on the shared panel account, it's intentionally scoped that way rather than exposed to subusers.

After resetting

Update the new password anywhere the old one was saved — SFTP clients like FileZilla or WinSCP, and the panel login itself if you use it directly.
