Fair Usage Policy

To ensure stable performance and a fair experience for all customers, the following Fair Usage Policy applies to all Unlimited Hosting Plans.

Guaranteed Resources

Every Unlimited Plan includes a minimum guaranteed allocation of:

• 16 GB RAM
• 400% CPU
• 80 GB NVMe SSD Storage
• 1 Gbps Network Port
• DDoS Protection

Unlimited Resource Access

Additional RAM, CPU, and storage may be provided beyond the guaranteed allocation when available on the hosting node.

Fair Usage Rules

• Resources must not negatively impact other customers on the same node.
• Continuous usage significantly above the guaranteed allocation may result in resource adjustments.
• Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited.
• Activities causing excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or network usage may be limited.
• Abuse, spam, malicious software, DDoS attacks, or illegal content are not permitted.
• Servers used for harmful, disruptive, or unauthorized activities may be suspended without notice.

Resource Scaling

Customers requiring dedicated or consistently high resource usage may be asked to upgrade to a dedicated-resource plan.

Service Availability

While we aim for 99.99% uptime, maintenance, hardware failures, upstream network issues, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

Final Note

The term “Unlimited” refers to flexible resource access subject to node availability and this Fair Usage Policy. Resources are shared fairly among all customers to maintain optimal performance and stability.
