Reset your panel account password

Your panel account (used for SFTP, and if you ever log into the panel directly outside this site) is created automatically the first time any of your servers is provisioned. Its password is only ever emailed once — if it's lost, reset it yourself rather than opening a ticket.

Where to reset it

Open any of your game server services from Services, go to Settings, and find Panel Account Password. Click Reset panel password, confirm, and the new password is shown once on the page — copy it immediately, as it's never shown again after you leave the page.

One account covers every server you own here

If you have multiple servers on the same connection, they all share one panel account (matched by your email). Resetting the password changes the login for all of them at once, not just the service you reset it from — including SFTP access to every one of those servers.

Only the owner can reset it

If you've been added as a collaborator (subuser) on someone else's server, you won't see this option — it's intentionally limited to the account owner, since it affects every server on the shared panel account, not just the one you help manage.

After resetting

Update the new password anywhere you had the old one saved — SFTP clients (FileZilla, WinSCP), and the panel login itself if you ever use it directly.
