Using coupon codes at checkout

If you have a coupon code โ€” from a promotion, an affiliate, or support โ€” here's where it goes and what it actually affects.

Where to enter it

On the Cart page, before completing your order, there's a coupon field above the total. Enter the code and apply it โ€” the total updates immediately to reflect the discount, so you can see the real price before paying.

One-time vs recurring discounts

Some coupons apply to the first billing period only; others are recurring, discounting every renewal for as long as the coupon's terms allow. Which kind a code is isn't something you can tell from the code itself โ€” the discount shown in your cart before you pay reflects what that specific code actually does.

Coupon didn't work?

  • Check it hasn't expired or reached its usage limit.
  • Some coupons only apply to specific products or categories โ€” it may simply not be valid for what's in your cart.
  • Codes are usually case-sensitive; copy-paste rather than retyping.

Combining with credits

Coupons and account credit can both apply to the same order โ€” the coupon reduces the price first, and credit can then be used to pay some or all of the discounted total.
