Managing active sessions and logging out other devices
Managing active sessions and logging out other devices
Every time you log in, we keep a record of that session โ which lets you see where your account is currently signed in, and sign out any device that isn't you.
Where to find it
Open Account โ Security. You'll see a list of active sessions, each showing roughly when and from where it was created, and whether it's the device you're currently using.
Signing out a session
If you see a session you don't recognize, sign it out from that list immediately, then change your password โ an unrecognized session is the clearest sign your password may be known to someone else.
Sessions expire on their own
A normal login session expires automatically after a period of inactivity. A "remembered" login (if you chose to stay signed in) lasts longer but still expires eventually โ you aren't permanently logged in forever on any device.
If you're regularly logged out unexpectedly
This can happen on mobile networks that switch between IPv4 and IPv6 mid-session, which some security settings treat as a change worth signing you out for. If this happens to you often, let us know in a ticket โ it's useful information for us either way.
